2026 Annual Membership
Annual Membership: $1,950 (additional fees apply to home in rental program)
Loyalty Discount: Current Members who renew by March 1, 2026, receive a loyalty discount.
Membership Includes:
- Parking Pass (1 per household)
- 4 household members included ($250 each additional)
- 10 complimentary guest passes per season (must be accompanied by member)
- 15% discount on food and beverages (alcohol excluded)
- Access to members-only events and spaces
- Priority cabana, dining, and event reservations

2026 ANNUAL MEMBERSHIP WITH RENTAL HOME
Member Rental Guest Program: $2,450 (Member with a vacation rental property that would like their rental guests to have access to the club.)
Loyalty Discount: Current Members who renew by March 1, 2026, receive a loyalty discount.
Membership Includes:
- Parking Pass (1 per household)
- 4 household members included ($250 each additional)
- 10 complimentary guest passes per season (must be accompanied by member)
- 15% discount on food and beverages (alcohol excluded)
- Access to members-only events and spaces
- Priority cabana, dining, and event reservations
- $25 per bedroom per rental period (up to 1 week)
- o Rental guests and rental dates must be registered in the portal by the owner or rental management company.
Parking passes must be purchased in person by rental guests at the time of use:
- Daily rate: $10-$25 per vehicle
