A warm hello from the beautiful Outer Banksβand from all of us at Village Beach Club! As the off-season settles in, weβre already daydreaming about sunshine, salty breezes, and the 2027 summer season ahead.
As we look ahead to a new Club season, weβd like to sincerely thank you for your continued support, enthusiasm, and invaluable feedback. Your involvement and thoughtful suggestions have helped shape Village Beach Club into the cherished coastal retreat it is today.
Our management team has been working diligently behind the scenes to reimagine, enhance, and elevate every aspect of the member experienceβand we are excited to share whatβs ahead for the 2027 season!

Our beautifully reimagined spaces and thoughtful upgrades are open and ready to enjoyβmaking Village Beach Club the premier family and guest experience on the Outer Banks.

- Event Hall β Main dining & event space featuring Gather Restaurant
- Ocean Room and Bar β Indoor bar with intimate, private dining space
- Extended Veranda β Elegant outdoor space outside of the Event Hall
- Poolside Bar and Grill β A stunning ocean-view outdoor bar and grill experience
- Hospitality / Bridal Lounge
- Renovated interior bathrooms
- Refreshed outdoor bathrooms
- Poolside & oceanfront cabanas (available by paid reservation)
Sports & Recreation
Our 6-court pickleball facility is open!
- Open Play: included with membership, daily from 8:00 AM to 11:00 AM on three courts
- Court Reservations: $20 per court for two hours
- Equipment Rental: $20 for up to four players for two hours
- Tournaments & Clinics: announced throughout the season; separate registration required

2027 Membership Details
Renew by December 31, 2026 to receive your $500 Early Bird discount and secure your 2027 membership.
Annual Membership
2027 Annual Membership
$1,950 annual membership (no rental home). Additional fees apply for homes enrolled in the rental home program.
Initiation fee: $1,500 β one-time fee for new members; waived for returning members.
Membership includes
- Parking pass (1 per household)
- 4 household members included ($250 per additional person, annually)
- 20 complimentary guest passes per season (must be accompanied by member)
- 15% discount on food and beverages (alcohol excluded)
- Access to members-only events and a members-only section with additional tables reserved for members
Early Bird total for returning members (renew by December 31, 2026)

Rental Home Membership
2027 Annual Membership with Rental Home
$2,450 annual fee ($1,950 annual membership + $500 Rental Home Program Fee) for members with a vacation rental property who would like their rental guests to have access to the club.
Initiation fee: $1,500 β one-time fee for new members; waived for returning members.
Membership includes
- All benefits of the Annual Membership plus rental guest access
- $25 per bedroom per rental period (up to 1 week)
- Rental guests and rental dates must be registered in the portal by the owner or rental management company
Parking passes must be purchased in person by rental guests at the time of use: $10 per day or $35 per week per vehicle (May 25 β September 6). Parking is free before and after these dates.
