Here is what a wedding at Village Beach Club costs, from the venue fee to the bar tab. Prices come from our current event guide and can change, so your written quote is the final word.

Section 1

Venue & Site Fees

Two things set your venue fee: how many guests you have (under or over 50) and whether the date falls Monday to Thursday or Friday to Sunday. The fee covers Gather Event Hall and the Poolside Veranda, tables and chairs, a dedicated VBC Event Manager, and setup and breakdown.

Under 50 Guests

Dining Experiences

Dinner is priced per guest, with four options to choose from. Everything is cooked on site by the Gather kitchen, and we can suggest add-ons once we know your numbers.

Choose from a coastal raw-bar-inspired display, chef-carved sirloin, shrimp-and-grits, street tacos, pasta, or a Southern supper.

Section 3

Bar & Beverage

You pick the bar budget ahead of time. Guests order from the menu and each drink comes off that balance, so you only pay for what is actually poured.

Set Your Limit

How it works

The host selects a maximum spending amount before the event. Each beverage is charged at the listed menu price and deducted from the hosted balance, so you pay only for beverages actually served, up to the limit you choose.

When the limit is reached

VBC notifies your designated event contact when the bar reaches 75% of the hosted limit. At the limit, the bar follows the option you selected in advance: convert to a guest-paid cash bar, close, or remain hosted after the designated contact authorizes a higher limit.

Minimum hosted limit

$1,500 or $15 per adult guest, whichever is greater.

Section 6

Payments & Policies

Payment Schedule

  • 25% deposit at signing
  • 25% at 6 months
  • 25% at 90 days
  • Final balance due 14 days prior

Service Fee & Tax

Applicable state taxes and an additional 22% service fee are applied to all food & beverage.

Catering & Vendors

Outside catering is welcomed from an approved vendor list. Outside vendors must be licensed & insured. A wedding planner is required.
