2027 memberships at Village Beach Club are open, and returning members have until December 31, 2026 to lock in the Early Bird. Here is everything you need to know.
2027 membership prices
- Annual membership: $1,950
- Annual membership with rental home: $2,450 (plus a $25 bedroom count fee)
- Initiation fee: $1,500 one-time for new members, waived for returning members
The Early Bird
Returning members who renew by December 31, 2026 receive a $500 discount. With the initiation fee waived, the Early Bird total is $1,450 for the annual membership and $1,950 for the annual membership with a rental home. On January 1, 2027, rates return to full price.
2027 season dates and hours
The 2027 season runs May 1 through September 30, 2027, open 9am to 7pm. Opening Day is Saturday, May 1, and the next day, Sunday, May 2, the club hosts The Last Swell festival.
