Our Intimate Celebrations pricing is designed for weddings and elopements under 50 guests. You still get exclusive access to Gather Event Hall and the Poolside Veranda, tables and chairs, setup and breakdown, and a dedicated VBC Event Manager.

Add the Ocean View Room & Bar for a cozy cocktail hour or a private dinner, or the Oceanfront Terrace for an open-air reception overlooking the Atlantic.

What counts as an intimate wedding at Village Beach Club?

Celebrations under 50 guests use our Intimate Celebrations pricing: a $1,000 ceremony fee plus $15 per chair, and reception venue fees of $2,500 Monday–Thursday or $3,500 Friday–Sunday.

Can we elope on the beach in Nags Head?

Yes. Our oceanfront ceremony setup is included with the ceremony fee, and you can keep the celebration as small as you like.

Can we add a private dinner after the ceremony?

Yes. Add the Ocean View Room & Bar or use Gather Event Hall, and choose from brunch, buffet, plated or station dining starting at $49 per guest.
